Why, thank you! Here’s what comes to mind:
Eat what makes you feel good and function properly. This means healthy foods, but also pizza. And donuts. Allow yourself to like what you eat. Love your body.
Move in a way that works with your life even if that is just going for walks or dancing in your house by yourself to old Disney tunes. Pixar soundtracks are great. Honorable mention to the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack.
Wear things that make you feel rad. Most stuff in my closet is stuff where I look at it and think, “Man! I can’t wait to wear that!”
Surround yourself with kind and funny people, who value your time just as much as you do theirs. Have people that you know you can trust to make you smile and be there when things get rough. And have people who love you, but also keep you accountable for your actions.
Also, make an effort to be informed about the world around you, and events and cultures and issues that do not directly effect you- because they’re important. It’s good to remember there’s stuff beyond you. And you can find ways to help.
Doodle, write, color, snap pictures, or do something creative that you love. Do it for you, first and foremost- not anyone else. Let your brain exhale through a creative process.
